CLINIC

Medicines must be left in the school clinic with a note of authorization and instructions.  Each family must complete prescribed medicine forms, which are kept on file in school clinic.

Change in Clinic Procedures Effective October 1st

St. Paul’s clinic will no longer be able to provide medications (Tylenol, Benadryl, Caladryl lotion, etc.) to students unless those medications have been provided by a student’s parents. Medications provided to the clinic by parents must be in their original container and written administration instructions must be included for each medication. Students are not allowed to carry medications with them with the exception of inhalers and Epi-Pens if deemed necessary by a parent. Students carrying medications must have a parent note on file with the clinic.

St. Paul’s clinic will only clean student wounds with anti-bacterial soap. Use of hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, Neosporin, etc. on student wounds is no longer allowed.
