PIE SALE Downloadable & Printable Order Form Dear Parents, We are asking your support as we begin our last major fundraiser for the year. We are going to sell Sara Lee Gourmet Pies, cakes & quiche to be delivered just in time for EASTER. There will be 10 varieties of oversized gourmet items. This is a special line of Sara Lee and not the small, inexpensive ones sold at grocery stores. The only place these can be purchased is at fine restaurants at $2.50 to $3.50 a slice. THESE PIES CAN BE FROZEN FOR LATER USE!! This is a fundraising program with a product that everyone enjoys! If all of our St. Paul’s families buys one or two of the pies and sells a couple to neighbors, friends & family, we can make over $2,000.00. The PROCEEDS from this fundraiser will be used for SAFETY PATROL. Please look over the attached order form and be sure to pick out your favorites! Be sure to complete the top section with the student’s name, etc. Then list each customer’s name, phone number, pie order and totals. Payment for the pies will be made at pick-up, so remember to collect any money from those ordering from you before you pick-up your pies. Completed order forms must be turned in by WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20TH. We will not collect any money in advance. . . only at pick-up time. Pick up for the pies will be Wednesday, March 27th from 1:30 - 6:30 pm in the Parish Center. THE PIES WILL BE FROZEN. Payment must be made in full when picking up pies. Checks are to be made out to St. Paul’s Catholic School. Many schools including ours have had great success with this unique fundraiser. We hope you will support us and ENJOY the pies.
